The site explains what a supplier needs before quoting. These are the artefacts for producing it. Each runs entirely in the browser: no account, no upload, no server sees what you type, and each remains a useful document with scripting switched off.

Each page is written as a document first and a tool second, so it stays readable, citable and printable when scripting is off or blocked.

Where these sit in a purchase
The order they are useful in, and what happens between them.
- 1 Size the order
Work the plate plan back to a vial count with the cell count calculator. Post-thaw viability and attachment efficiency multiply, so the order is larger than the well arithmetic alone suggests.
- 2 Write the specification
Put the quantity into the RFQ builder along with an acceptance criterion, the quality documentation and the delivery constraints. The prompts come from the catalogue entry for the component, so nothing a supplier will ask for is missed.
- 3 Circulate it
Send it to suppliers yourself, or send it to us and we will circulate it to capable laboratories and return the quotes normalised to the same units, lead-time basis and QC scope.
- 4 Check what comes back
Where a supplier returns a WWD package rather than a PDF, the validator confirms the container is well-formed and every declared file matches its digest before anyone opens it.
What these tools are not
Stated plainly, because a planning figure mistaken for a quotation is an expensive mistake.
- Not a quotation. Every cost figure is modelled from a published list price and is labelled as such. No supplier has seen your requirement until you send it.
- Not a contract. The RFQ builder produces a request. Terms, liability and acceptance are settled in the quote and the purchase order.
- Not a substitute for the data sheet. Growth areas, viability specifications and cell counts must be confirmed against the supplier document for the lot you are actually buying.
- Not tracked. Nothing you type is transmitted. There is no account, no storage and no analytics on what you enter.
